Third Party Development

On April 23, 2009, Knowledge Park unveiled the first part of its Community Partnership Phase - a new "Third Party Development Policy". The new policy provides an opportunity for all developers (regionally, provincially, nationally) to participate in the growth potential of the Park. Knowledge Park is now open to accepting proposals from third party developers to construct, own and manage their own buildings on the lands of Knowledge Park through a sub-land lease agreement with the University of New Brunswick.
