The National Research Council's Institute for Information Technology (NRC-IIT)

The NRC-IIT houses the NIC library, a vast repository of scientific knowledge, research, and industry-leading information.

Research and Productivity Council (RPC) - The Technological Solutions Centre


Research and Productivity Council - The Technological Solutions Centre is an independent contract R&D and technical services organization. RPC's 13,000 square meter facility houses 100 scientists, engineers and technologists, along with world-class analytical chemistry and material-testing laboratories. The facility provides extensive prototype design, manufacture and testing services, as well as project management services for the development and improvement of industrial and environmental processes and products.

The Hugh John Flemming Forestry Centre (HJFFC)


The Hugh John Flemming Forestry Centre (HJFFC) is a 28 hectare complex housing various government agencies, educational institutions and forestry associations with a common interest in forestry research and management. Canada's Forestry Centre of Excellence, the Forestry Centre offers a wide range of forest research, management and teaching expertise.

Agricultural Research Centre


The Agriculture Research Centre houses government and private sector-sponsored research and development organizations in the fields of agriculture and aquaculture. Tenants include BioAtlantech, the Potato Research Centre, and New Brunswick Department of Agriculture offices.

Canadian Forest Service - Atlantic Forestry Centre


One of five CFS research centres located across Canada, the Atlantic Forestry Centre includes state-of-the-art research laboratories, a wide-ranging insect and disease collection, and sophisticated climate-controlled greenhouses. Research projects range from pest management to gene conservation and climate change.
