Available Space

Knowledge Park is centrally located near the University of New Brunswick and Fredericton's major shopping district. The Park currently comprises 26 acres of land that can accommodate five buildings, or 105,000 of additional space.

Future plans include additional acreage to accommodate even more capacity, facilities and buildings. Park plans show three building clusters, connected by walking trails through natural wooded areas and green space.
